I am not going to take your bet because an indictment is dependent on Obama and the Justice Dept.   I have no faith they will do what is right.

Ahh yes, as I suspected, you talk big but back down when it comes time to prove your conviction. And now you've got this convenient fiction -- Obama's blocking the indictment! -- you will hide behind when you're proven wrong again. What happened to your claim that James Comey, the Republican head of the FBI, will make the honest choice or resign in protest?  How about this to make it easier for you?: If Comey resigns in protest in 2016, I'll declare you the winner. Do we have a bet then? I'm guessing you both will slink away again because you're just peddling lies and fairy tales.
