[/quote] It will remain to be see if the elite colleges actually do change their admissions criteria in time. That would be very interesting if they did. It would make the admissions process baffling to college guidance counselors at high schools all over the country. It's a good idea in theory, but in practice they need to figure out how to implement the concept of holistic admissions when they have thousands of applicants for very few places. How do they weed down the pile? I agree with PP that it's not likely anything will change in the near future. [/quote]
