I knew once I got on Dcum someone would be reporting about the poor Muslim woman and her companion who were removed from the Trump rally for "doing nothing". CNN and other sites are posting about a Muslim woman Rose Hamid and another man, who stood up in protest of trump. The articles have been saying the crowd was very rude and aggressive against them, painting the crowd as being thuggish. A search of Rose Hamid reveals that she is a Muslim activist, in late 1990 she started wearing a hijab against airline regulations and took it to court in a case of airline regs vs religious freedom of expression. Her case helped set precedent to forcing companies to accept the hijab in the workplace, despite company clothing and appearance guidelines. She also has many articles and stories about how she is a good Muslim woman trying to fit in to america. The other person, Marty Rosenbluth, is an immigration activist and lawyer. They were there to make a scene, and make the Trump supporters and Trump appear bad, and no one appears to be reporting their backgrounds. It's much more sensational to leave out the facts.
What part of that is relevant to this case? They did nothing at the event that warranted ejection from the event. They were not saying or doing anything objetionable.
Unless you were seated behind them, Einstein. Those who wish to stand, must stand in the back of the room. Duh.
People stand up at political rallies. They only ejected these two. They could easily have asked them to move to a standing area rather than treating them like criminals.
Who in the hell "stands up" when everyone around you, and especially BEHIND you is seated? Oh, you can offer them a weekend training in common etiquette, if you like. They wanted to disrupt the event, plain and simple. So sad they can't get media attention any other way.
