I'm not paid to promote them, but we like the Bethesda CD a lot -- good, consistent family-friendly choice. That said, I would be more than pleased with others like Blue 44. I just assume -- perhaps incorrectly -- that the rent is fairly high, so you would need the goodwill that a name like Cafe Deluxe (or Cactus Cantina, or Volt, or whatever) would bring with it in order to make a go.
