LMAO!  He caused the government to shut down because he evidently wasn't aware of the fact that the Constitution is about keeping the government UP AND RUNNING.

Yeah, he's a real expert on the Constitution all right - so much so that he's out there trying to repeal "unconstitutional" laws that don't even exist, like Common Core.  There's no federal law behind Common Core to repeal.
