However, at one point in my early 20s I took a date to my then favorite bar in NYC, the Back Fence in the Village, where they had live music in a smoky bar (this was late 80s), with low candles on each table.   My date looked great, but tons of hairspray keeping her "do" in place.  Well, at one point she leans over the table to tell me something (live music and all) and her hair goes up in flames.  Whole left side of her head.  I didn't know what to do -- hadn't really planned that scenario out -- so the only thing I could think of was to douse her hair with my full beer.  I have no doubt that she tells that story to this day and I only hope she is kind to me when she tells it.  [/quote]
