Honestly, sometimes the "shy" ones are the worst.

In college, I attended a number of fraternity events because a good friend was a Little Sister and would be charged with finding formals dates for the "shy" brothers. Most of the guys were late-bloomers just too scared to do much other than thank me and blush after pinning on a corsage. However, sometimes there was a brother who was a secret pervert. They couldn't say hello above a whisper, but their eyes never left your boobs. They were inattentive during dinner, but had their hands on your ass as soon as you stepped on the dance floor.
