Koreans don't need visas to come here. Some parents send their kids here by themselves to either live with relatives, or with others from their home country and pay them room/board. So, my assumption (again, I'm just assuming) is that some of those kids have overstayed their visits. Other parents manage to find work here, and bring their kids that way. BTW, I don't think it's just the Koreans that do this.[/quote]
