That seems like an appalingly bad idea, particularly if said person is against guns in the first place. Even less likely is the second scenario. I'd expect even "liberal assholes" (WTF??) are smart enough not to SWAT someone after asking about whether or not they possess a firearm--unless, of course, they want to be sued and/or fancy the idea of prison, I suppose.
