They are on the curb for the trash guys to empty. You wouldn't see the trash can sitting there and think you can just take it, would you? Then likewise you should not make use of it, particularly for something disgusting like dog poop. Like another poster said, if the dog poop is so very inoffensive, then you should have no problem hauling it back with you. [/quote]
