Filial support laws are not in place to recover Medicaid fraud, it's for nursing homes and care facilities to recover payment. And yes, they have only been used a handful of times, but a peruse person would want to know what they are and if they have them in their state. PA nursing home came after a guy for more than 100,000 dollars .[/quote]
