If his skills are solid for the most part (as in the basics) and he does well at work, maybe you need to help him find his niche there. Some of the biggest potheads I knew in high school are now successful business owners in trades. One took time off but eventually returned to college to earn a degree in engineering. My own cousins - who smoked for much of their teen years - are all very successful, and not all have college degrees.[/quote]
