I'm the pp who is also torn between glossy and matte. If it helps, we had a glossy kitchen in our last house - installed in 2012 - and fingerprints were not a problem at all. In fact, I just ordered a sample matte door to see if I like it, and was disappointed at the dirt it showed as soon as I touched it. But... Because we did a glossy kitchen 3 years ago, I have this sinking feeling that glossy had already been on trend for too long so it is likely to go out of style soon. That said, if you google it, no one is saying it is about to go out of style, so maybe I'm just being paranoid.  I think we're going glossy. [/quote]
