No, not at all. We dated for years before he had let on he was wealthy. I assume to make sure it wasn't about the money...and it wasn't. But if it makes you feel better to say so. That's quite OK. [/quote]

I'm sorry if that has happened to you PP. I actually had to finish my PHD out of state so we were long distance for a while but I feel like people keep digging for more details. No amount of explaining will change people's minds and that's OK. I've shared my experience - take it or leave it.[/quote]
