Roman Catholics do not emphasize being "born again" or "converted" or "accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Personal savior." I should say that this is not part of a Roman Catholic vocabulary nor part of the catechism. Christians in the true sense of the body of believers accept that being in personal relationship with Jesus is the only, and I mean only way to eternal life - not Mass for repose of souls, not confession via a priest, not good works, not being a daily communicant - by surrendering your life to Jesus, by asking him to come into your heart, by saying the sinner's prayer, by personal confession you are saved. Roman Catholics renew their baptismal vows during the sacrament of Confirmation or make their own baptismal vows when they are converted. It's not called being "born again" but the baptismal/confirmation ritual serves the same purpose as the acts that you define as being essential to being born again.

As for the "faith alone" doctrine that you are spouting... you do know that this anti-Biblical heresy, right? It's false doctrine taught to prevent American Christians from embracing the fullness of the gospel. It is designed to keep you watching Fox News and spending money -- rich, lazy and lost because you will not minister to the poor or seek social justice.

James 2:14-24:
14 What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

18 But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your[a] works, and I will show you my faith by my[b] works. 19 You believe that there is one God. You do well.
