DC investigates Friendship football team members every year and has even done home visits. The parents always have someone in DC with a room for the kid and a document stating they are caring for the kid. Perhaps you're the person defrauding the city for your Moco nephew?

I understand that parents want opportunities for their kids but opportunities are being taken away from kids who live in DC. This needs to stop and this behavior should be seen for what it is - criminal. [/quote]
