The safety net [i][b]has[/b][/i] been expanded.  Has this ended homelessness and poverty?

Ha Ha! I love this answer. That little graph says nothing about the cause of the increase in SNAP, it could be for a multitude of reasons. Not to mention things are not so black and white as this PP pointed out. Why do you think people need SNAP in the first place!?!?!?!?!?!?[/quote]
