I am not a troll . I'm a proud Christian and being called an atheist is probably one of the worst things I've ever been called. Maybe I'm just too sensitive but it really hurt me. I would be offended to be called anything I wasn't ,yes being called a Jew or catholic would offend me. I am a Christian. I am not trying to derail the thread, just defend myself.
Try not to get too upset -- it's an anonymous message board. Your Christian qualities may not shine through here the way they might if someone met you in person. And some of the things said here about Christianity are so outlandish that I can't help but wonder if they are said by atheists posing as Christians
That poster is definitely a troll. Don't waste your breath. This particular troll might even be, as you suggest, an atheist posing as a Christian.
I'm not a troll or an atheist . I do have biblical beliefs, meaning I believe what the bible says. Ask Jeff he would know I'm not an atheist. I don't post in the religion catagory very often but I've always had the same view point. I believe it is extremely hard to go to heaven and that most of us will burn in hell, probably 95% will burn.
So how does it feel living in a world where 95% of the people around you are doomed to hell? Do you feel superior? frustrated? in bad company? desirous of helping them see the light? inadequate because you are so unsuccessful and bringing people to God? Ever wonder why God doesn't allow 95% of his beloved creation see the light? For Christians who do not share this belief of the doomed 95%, what words of comfort do you have for your fellow Christian?
It feels awful. Of course I don't know how many will go to heaven. I've bee told most of the beds in heaven are already spoken for as if to say there are to many people. But only god knows, I hope everyone can go to heaven. But I do not like this world and wish I wasn't in it but god created me so I have no choice.
Who told you that?
