Child support is based upon an amount that the non custodial parent can be expected to contribute on regular basis. Meh won't be selling a house for profit every 2 weeks. How do you know the house was sold for a profit? Maybe it was a loss. Or there really isn't that much profit leftover after the house debts have been paid. Maybe new wife has assets and bought the house using her funds.[/quote]
