If you read the link you supplied the description of Nouveau riche is a person who acquires wealth within their own generation.  Potomac being one of the wealthiest areas of all the United States one can assume her parents were rich.  Which would make her born into money which by definition does not make her Noveau riche.  Yes, Yes, here parents could of been janitors at the local school and not rich.  So we can only surmise her parents are rich by where they lived and from her post indicating knowing what real wealth is. [/quote]
