Which is a rare case and goes against the federal regulations. And even VA's form has "Reason this patient's ability to walk is limited or impaired or creates a safety condition while walking." stated above all the possible check boxes. And again, the only definition given for limited or impaired walking is cannot walk 200 feet. Which makes that definition an implicit one.[/quote]
