You "need" to use the handicapped stall about as much as you "need" another hole in your head. You have the option to use both, someone that needs the handicap stall does not. So they could be waiting when only one stall is in use and 2-3 are empty. If anything, those that need it wait more often than those that do not.[/quote] I'll make a deal with you. If I EVER see a person in a wheelchair waiting for the stall when I come out on the rare times I do use one, I'll report back here immediately. Should happen sometime between now and never.
