I'm not the PP, but if she's been doing more than 50% of the child rearing, a judge is likely to continue that in a custody decision.

Took photos and video of every dance recital for 3 years. He had no answer when my lawyer asked why he couldn't be spotted in any images if he claimed to have attended.

Might be dumb, but it helped make my case. Which is why I have primary custody.[/quote]
