This happens when we are having a big group of DH's friends over. I think I am more wired to make sure the "must be done every day" things are taken care of, to keep things moving. Th things that don't immediately affect me every day - like dirty dishes - stay off my radar. If someone in my house were to vacuum an unfinished basement, it would be DH. There are things in our house that would *never* get done if DH didn't do them, but sometimes he chooses inopportune times to take care of those (important!) tasks! I think it comes down toa difference in ability to triage the situation. [/quote]
