We need a neighborhood school however. But I saw some apartments in The Agonne, the Policy and the Fitzgerald that would work pretty well--if we didn't have to stress about schools. I also saw two rentals in Petworth that I think would be close to your charter. Close-ish, anyways. That area looks pretty nice, but maybe not as walkable-walkable as we're used to now.
