PS - those of you who appreciate the amazingness that is greek yogurt - put a coffee filter in a colander, and rest that over a bowl. Put some regular yogurt in there and leave it in the fridge for a few hours. Some of the water will drain out, and voila - greek yogurt for the price of regular yogurt, minus a few ounces of water![/quote]
Or you can just heat 3 cups milk to 180, cool to room temp, add 2 tablespoon of pain Greek yogurt and place in a yogurt machine and you have Greek yogurt for the price of milk. The heating makes the yogurt really thick. [/quote]
