[/quote] This must vary a lot. My DD is a 7th grader in Algebra 1 Honors this year and her class is not like this. Weekly quizzes, tests at end of each unit, and homework does count in her grade. Her work is very reasonable and she has no issues with it. I think her Iowa was 91st percentile and 510 Pass Advanced on the Grade 7 SOL. But math has always been her strongest subject and she's not such a great standardized test taker.[/quote]
