Nobody has compared Blair to the W schools so far - until you just did.

MoCo police have a rotating presence at most MoCo public schools, and this was stepped up after Sandy Hook. That probably explains at least some of the police cruisers you've seen. I know of one drug bust at the school over the last year and doubtless there have been more. Although we live elsewhere, I do also know lots of middle class families who live happily and safely in the four corners area.

The whole "white flight from Blair/Silver Spring" argument relies on insinuating that Blair and Silver Spring are outposts of Columbian drug cartels. This is patently wrong, so let's not go there.[/quote]

I wish you so called Blair defenders will keep quiet.  You just bring up things that are just not even intended to be considered.

The police presence was due to a big fight that took place and spilled on to University Blvd.  It had nothing to do with Sandy Hook.  I know families that live happily in that area as well.  That does not detract from the reality of what we see.

How hard was that point about Sandy Hook to understand? THE POLICE PRESENCE AT BLAIR AND OTHER SCHOOLS WAS STEPPED UP AFTER SANDY HOOK. Hope the caps help you. Just because you frequently see police cars at Blair doesn't mean they were doing anything besides drinking coffee 95% of the time. Are you actually stupid, or is your obtuseness deliberate?[/quote]
