I'm the same height...I am on a weight loss plan. They said they want me at 155, age 32...she is sick. Something is wrong.
155 is not an acceptable weight if you are 5'4".
I'm 5'9" and 155 is not acceptable for me either. However if one is coming from 200lbs 155 and 5'4" is a vast improvement.
LOL I'm 175 and 5'6" and it's unacceptable how? I still have sex and guys still flirt with me.
Its fat!!! However, men will sleep with anything, doesnt mean you are hot.
I'm 5'3", and when I was 150, I was a size 8. I'm active and strong, and it's just the body type I was dealt with. While health is more important, I find that men are most drawn to me as a size 6-10. Being very skinny is less appealing, and being larger is less appealing. Strong with some softness is pretty sexy :) But hey, speak for yourself. I'd rather be happy and healthy and strong - and still have men attracted to me at 145-150. It's not like I walk around with that number tattooed on my forehead - but it happens to be the weight I am, with the size/shape they find appealing.
How fat are you now?
Not sure, but I like being fit and strong instead of bitchy. Maybe you should try it? Maybe you should get those endorphins out by going for a run, instead of trying to anonymously poke and bully people on the internet?
It was just a question. You said you were a size 8 at 150. Did you see the light and get down to a healthy weight after that or have you let yourself go even further? I am underweight and not cleared for running. Thanks, though.
Translation - you're skeletal and not strong enough to run. You should work on that. Maybe eat a burger?
