[/quote] Obama's appointees have been primarily white men, so I think you protest too much. In regards to everyday mundane government agency hires, the administration does not get involved. At my agency, the administrative staff is primarily low level blacks and Hispanics. The senior level positions are reserved for white men. When the agency seeks diversity in the SES level, white women fills the bill. [/quote]
