It depends on the grade you are applying for and also what the commute would look like for you. Cap City and Two Rivers are on different sides of the planet, when you consider DC traffic patterns. There's no way I'd consider Cap City if I lived on the Hill or Two Rivers if I lived in NW.
You do understand that NW is more than just Cleveland park, don't you? I live in NW and we are easy walking distance from Two Rivers.
NP here, is there any reason to insert snark into this response? This type of decorum on DCUM is really unnecessary. You could even write the same point without sounding so rude, like, "Actually, I live in NW and happen to be close by Two Rivers so it might work for some people in NW, it depends where in NW." But instead you say something that you would never say in person to someone.
Look, Two Rivers is only just in NE. It's at 4th and Florida Avenue NE. That's just 4 blocks from NW. To suggest that it is not close to NW is to be unaware of basic geography. There is nothing wrong with pointing that out and compared to the usual crap that you get on this site, that's an extremely polite response, and yes, it's one that I'd say to someone in real life if they were that clueless. (Correction of first NW above)
