The point is 22207 is FAR more expensive and desirable than 22201. People who get priced out in 22207 are forced to look at those smaller places/condos in 22201. The concentration and proximity of high-density housing also pulls down the price of detached housing. It's what's known as an incurable defect in real estate parlance.[/quote]
