Have you considered Fat Transfer. Using your own fat that is isolated and then injected. My friend did it and her results are great. I have to say though, when she gained weight, she gained it in her breasts! Anyway, her doctor is Dr. Feledy in Chevy Chase.
That technique is far from perfect and normally results are just temporary. I did a lot of research.
Do you mind sharing some of that research? Wverything I've read indicates long-term/ permanent results.
The website someone posted pretty much sums it up and is unanimous with what I found myself. Additionally, I would never get liposuction (which is what is required of fat injections). The reason for that is because almost always the skin gets a strange bumpy and lumpy texture after lipo. I'm extremely happy with my body and lack of bumps and lumps. I'm also extremely happy with my year old silicone implants. I had one doctor tell me that when he did lipo on someone of normal weight, she returned 3 months later and had gained the weight back in her ANKLES only and could not get her feet into any boots of any sort. No thank you!!!
