this article isn't as damning as you want to believe.  It says very clearly that the drones didn't have the capabilities they do now.  Getting the missiles ready to fire would have taken hours.  And, try to remember your history about when our ground forces attempted to take someone out earlier in Clinton's preseidency - he did NOT want another Somalia.

Does it suck that we had him in our sights and couldn't get him?  yes.  But I truly don't think Clinton in any way was being a pansy - that was the reality of our capabilities at the time.[/quote]
