Many. Oddly, a lot of them center around a very good friend of mine. I always wonder why him? Have always been psychic. I know things I shouldn't. I take it in stride, probably because it's happened for so long, I'm used to it.
Fascinating. What kinds of things have you known that you shouldn't?
I walked into a building in Leesburg and knew immediately it had been a boarding house and a man named John had lived there around the late 1800s. I used to feel him on the third floor. I asked the store clerk and she said no, it had been an AT&T building. I knew she was missing some details. Spoke later to a man who was a paranormal researcher out there. He confirmed my feelings and said they always got very high readings on whatever meter they used on the third floor, in the spot where I felt John was. My beach house belonged to a lady who's sons live next door. When we first got there one summer, I heard a cat meow very distinctly - I was sure one had gotten trapped in the house. No cat. I still hear it on occasion. Last year, my husband walked out of the kitchen and said "I just heard the damn cat you are talking about". I smell the lady's perfume sometimes. My SIL has a girls weekend at my house every spring. This past spring, one of her friends invited another friend, who slept in the front room, which we had converted to a guest room with a daybed. She came out for breakfast and very matter of factly said to my SIL "there's an old lady holding a cat who lives here". She's very kind but curious about all the people. No one had told this girl about the lady or the cat. With my friend, I just know stuff like when he's in distress, etc. One night there were massive thunderstorms and the area lost power. I was in the bathroom and literally 'heard' him screaming in my ear. I could hear him and his eldest daughter. It was disturbing enough for me to get in the car and start driving. I let my instincts take me along and within 10 minutes, came across an accident scene in the distance. I feeling of calm came over me, and I knew all was OK, so I went home. Asked him about it the next AM. Turns out his daughter and her friends were following another friend in the car and her friend wrapped the car around a tree. My friend's daughter pulled her friend out of the car and was screaming because the girl she pulled out was bloody and unconscious. Someone called 911 and she called her dad (a doctor) who jumped in his car to go to the scene. He went with them to the hospital and indeed all turned out ok, just a lot of really high emotion. I also knew how his father died and lots of other things about his father. I just 'read' him well. My husband? Not so much  When people are 'open', I just know stuff about them. If I think about it though, try to read them, nothing.
