So she was travelling (say Westbound) and went thru the intersection, immediately busted a u-turn right after clearing the intersection. Now she's travelling Eastbound, doesn't see you crossing nor the red light and triggers the redlight camera upon entering the intersection again.  All the while you were waiting to cross, you just happened to somehow notice this one car. You happened to see her looking down at her phone from (at least 2 lanes over minimum). Nope.

We were waiting for the pedestrian light on the south bound. (it's a light in the middle of a long block just for pedestrians. no cars traveling E-W) She was traveling north and we saw her. She was the only car on the street on her side. She made a u turn in the next intersection. The light turned red while she was doing that. We watched her coming and commented on how she was doing all that while texting. We talked as we crossed. All other cars stopped. She was coming slow so I thought she would stop. She didn't so I yelled ran waved got hit and cursed. [/quote]
