That's got nothing to do with the birther argument, which was that a person is not a natural-born citizen if he is born on foreign soil to a US citizen.  The attacks on the legitimacy of the Obama presidency were not predicated on the belief that he was a Kenyan citizen, they were predicated on the (mistaken) belief that he was born in Kenya.

(Actually, they were predicated on the belief that he was a black socialist Muslim who spend a lot of time in a Christian church where his pastor indoctrinated him with anti-American views.  But he's Muslim.  But I digress.)

Note that I believe "natural-born citizen" means a citizen from birth, which makes Cruz eligible to be president.  But is sure is fun watching the wingnuts squirm.  [/quote]

Actually, the problems were caused by Obama's own behavior - and they continue.
