They're trying to redevelop some spots, it seems, but you'll notice the sidewalks are mostly empty! These empty, narrow sidewalks running alongside fast-moving traffic are the reason Arlington isn't properly urban. That said, I am a bit familiar with the Costco area and think exurbs are clearly something different.[/quote]
