So is that what we consider a living wage? You are earning a living wage if you can purchase enough to eat? In which case, the current minimum wage is sufficient, because someone working full time at min. wage can buy enough to nutritionally satisfy one person.

I don't think many people would agree that the necessary determination of what a living wage should be is "what it costs to provide for the basic nutritional needs of one person." Maybe I'm wrong. Anyone else agree with this suggestion?[/quote]
