What happens if you report these past indiscretions and the teacher keeps his job?

Perhaps they're too young to care about google searching a teacher (elementary) or they're harder to find than OP makes it seem. Either way, doesn't seem like a huge issue. I'm one of the parents who would tell the school.  And I would be fine with it if the school didn't act.  I think it's inappropriate, I would be letting the school know about it, but as long as it wasn't something illegal, I would let the school respond as they saw fit.

And no, I would not tell the teacher first.  I would at least  expect the school to raise it with him.[/quote]
