[quote=Anonymous]OP, there are tons of nannies at our pool and I haven't seen any of them wear anything but a bikini. There is one particular nanny at our pool who I WISH would wear a one piece, but it's because she makes me long for the days when my butt looked that good without a herculean effort from spanx. :) :) :) Of course my husband says he has never noticed her. (I wonder if my husband knows PP's husband, who "does not want to be distracted by bikinis!?") LOL (hello obvious troll...) I think if you are going to be around the family, take your cue from mom. If she is covered up, you should probably not be more revealing, just because that might be weird for the family / employee dynamic. But if mom is in a bikini, go ahead. When you are at the pool on your own time, I think your wardrobe is up to you. In that case, take your cue from the other people at the pool. I'd wear your bikini with a tank over it the first day, and if everyone else at the pool is wearing tanks or one-pieces, then you know you've landed at a conservative place; and you might want to invest in a simple tank suit.
