[/quote] So how is it that BASIS didn't reach their first enrollment target when they opened and now ask for more money? I thought the whole Basis approach was that if you work hard enough you can pass your comps and get promoted. Looks like BASIS did not pass it's pre-comps of initial and mid-year enrollment. By their own methodology, shouldn't they just work harder to get and keep students before they get promoted, i.e. more money? [/quote]
