There are signs everywhere telling people not to swim, but I don't think they explain that the reason why is because of the strong under currents. Not that it maters. Even with signs people think they are invincible and do what they want. We hiked to a beach and long they way there were numerous signs warning hikers not to swim at the beach due to the rip currents. There was even a sign with notches to show the number of people who died there, almost 100. Still went we got there there was a young woman in one group who went in for a swim. [/quote]
