A renovation is a vanity project based on desire. A repair is a necessity based on a requirement. The REPAIRS Obama received APPROVAL from Congress to use to add structural linings, upgrade the infiltration process, reduce the algae, and repair cracks. Now I don't have a problem with Trump's vanity projects because they make the city look better. My problem is the sole source contracting to friends and family at costs well beyond industry norm.
