I wish I had done it years ago.[/quote] I bought this machine actually for when my dad visited before he passed away because I had gotten him one years ago and he was such a coffee snob and I never drank it before but started a few years ago and the few minutes in the morning when I grind the beans, tamp them down, and brew the espresso is such a soothing routine. Also, last winter I switched to tea some mornings and my husband bought me the matching Breville kettle that has different settings for different water temperatures (who knew different teas have different ideal water temps?) and that also makes me feel fancy. (Right before I go to work in my home office in my joggers and t-shirt...).[/quote]
