[/quote] Are you mixing up China and Japan? I travel a lot to both and the Japnese bathrooms always have soap and a hand dryer (perhaps not towels). In China, you are more likely to need to bring these along with you. Though I haven't monitored this closely as I don't go #2 at public restrooms very much there, so I'm mostly at the urinals.[/quote]
