The rule with edibles is that you always start with less to see where your baseline is. Edibles go through your digestive system and not your lungs, so it takes like 2 hours for an edible to kick in, and it can take from 6-8 hours for the THC to vacate your system. I personally like these new vaporizers they have at my dispensary. The products they have advance by the day. Last time I was in a dispensary was 2 years ago, then I went in in March and the entire menu was different.

The vaporizers are dual cartridge and disposable, 1gm sativa on one side, 1gm indica on the other. There's a button you can move to engage only the S side or only the I side, or for a hybrid you slide the toggle to the middle. They now have 2g units like this for $70, when before I would have had to buy four .5g disposables at like $35 each.

They also just have straight up 2g cartridges that fit into 510 thread batteries, another improvement on the .5g cartridges.

I am 100% pro cannabis but the truth is that vape carts are bad for your lungs. If you really want to inhale then you should use a dry herb vape like the Pax or the Volcano. Otherwise eat your veggies.[/quote]

Interesting. The PAX pens I have are all oil-cartridge based. I actually bought several more of them because back in early days of my legal medical cannabis journey I was convinced it could all just be taken away like that (snaps fingers) so I stocked up on PAX pods. Not really knowing if they would eventually go all Betamax. I was also having issues with my original PAX pens dying simply for battery life.

I have several dry herb vapes available as I had a suscription to a cannabis gift box type thing which kept setting me up with regular glass, a lot of which I did not even recognize. I still don't know how to use a dab rig and things like bongs and pipes, though it's been a minute since I've just purchased carts or disposables.

Flower isn't really my thing, which is crazy, since I basically farm it every year. It's a fun plant to grow
