It's obviously false that high profile programs at low income schools are bound to fail. The regional IB programs are relatively new, but the Blair SMCS and CAP programs as well as the Wheaton engineering and bioscience magnets are all well regarded. As is the Visual Arts Center at Einstein.[/quote]
