Your view of men is very warped, and you need help with it. Where on earth do you get that "if we get fat" that "men will hate us even more than their general baseline disdain for women"? Most of the men on this board are fathers. I am. I have three daughters and a wife I love more than anything. In fact, I love my sisters, love my mother, and deeply care for many other women in my life. There is no "disdain" for women, in general or specifically. And almost all the other men I know feel the same. If the men you are close to have a "general baseline disdain for women," you should not have them in your life.

My dude, pretending we don’t live in a misogynistic patriarchal society doesn’t help you prove your point. You can’t just say “it doesn’t exist!” When there is evidence absolutely everywhere.
Your issue is not living in a "misogynistic patriarchal society". It is that you are unpleasant and awful to be around. Specifically, you do not like yourself and spread that anger wherever you go. The fact that you do not accept that men can love their daughters, wives, sisters, friends, etc., tells us all we need to know about you. PS - Write like a middle-aged woman. When you try to be funny and hip (e.g., My dude), you come off as super cringy.
