It makes logical sense to have Damascus, Clarksburg, Gaithersburg and Watkins Mill together since the transportation between these schools is easier. Damascus and Clarksburg are low FARMS. And moving Clarksburg to Region 5 brings in an established successful magnet to Region 5. [/quote]
